Thomas (Tom) Bailey, MBA, CRA, FACHE, is the Operations Director with RBS at Cape Radiology Group in Cape Girardeau, MO. Tom is an experienced healthcare operations administrator serving in progressive leadership positions in
Quaternary, Tertiary, Community Hospital, and Ambulatory settings. He has experience in Hospital C-Suite leadership
centered around acute care operations and strategic planning. Tom has developed expertise in systems improvement, process optimization, and workflow efficiency with a strong track record of selecting and leading engaged improvement teams to accomplish increasingly difficult goals while delivering exceptional service and improving quality. Tom earned a BSRT degree in Radiology from Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls, TX, and an MBA from Mississippi State University. He obtained the “Certified Radiology Administrator” (CRA) credential from AHRA and is a Fellow of the American College of Health Care Executives. On-site with CRG, Tom spearheads operations of the professional practice and supports the direction of CRG’s Board of Directors and Shareholders.
